diabetes is a serious disease but it can be avoided by having an physically active lifestyle*;-
Type 1 Diabetes management can be helped if you have a physically active lifestyle but (basically) it is caused (provided you have one of several identified genetic anomaly) by your immune system attacking itself and killing off the islets which produce insulin.. It’s not like Type 2 diabetes which may be caused in part due to lifestyle choices essentially causing the person to wear out their pancreas..
