Hey Larry,
Unfortunately a very tiny percentage of Petrocan’s income comes from retail sale of gasoline (see suncor.com), as with other oil companies the majority of their income comes from sales to industry and overseas. The fact is it is only the mom & pops that own the franchises that really lose any money when we boycott a station (petrocan stations are mostly independenly owned and operated >link). Even within the brand ‘PetroCan’ only a small % is gasoline, they brand and sell oil based products in retail stores in Canada, US and 70 other countries around the world.
Don’t forget 1/3 of the price at the pumps goes to Government That would shave a good penny off our petrol bills! =o)

Please don’t consider these as attempts to jam the internet. Only be boycotting selected major fuel suppliers such as Petro Canada, in Canada, can we force these companies to lower prices. If their outlets start hurting they will force the suppliers to lower the wholesale price.

Type 1 Diabetes management can be helped if you have a physically active lifestyle but (basically) it is caused (provided you have one of several identified genetic anomaly) by your immune system attacking itself and killing off the islets which produce insulin.. It’s not like Type 2 diabetes which may be caused in part due to lifestyle choices essentially causing the person to wear out their pancreas..
